CQ and I sat through the class and found Jamie a little distracted yesterday. Perhaps she's tired and not used seeing so many uncles and aunties in the dance room? Anyway, I think she is doing fine as long as she enjoys learning ballet dance. Afterall, she is only 45mths old, commented her dance teacher, Miss Yap.
Upgraded to a bigger remote car as I find the other one quite difficult to control for a little toddler like Jeremy. Even I have lotsa fun playing with it!
Found this new indoor playground near Redhill MRT (Delta Recreational Center) for the children to explore!! Thanks to a local forum's mummy's recommendation! I bought the playcard $20 which only cost $2 per hour for each kid. We were all very exhausted after a mere an hour of fun & play!
Finally let him put this on to prevent him from "polluting" the pool which he once did passed urine when I was carrying him !!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Which one nicer? Will get one of this to match his swim diaper :D
These days Jeremy develops a rather strong liking for Sesame Street. I gave this giant Ernie to CQ years back and look how happy our son is? la-la-la-la, la-la-la-la, Ernie's World....hahahahaa
I should have started earlier but anyway its never too late, right? Nowadays, Jeremy will have fries, long beans, carrot sticks, sweet potatoes, egg... anything I can thk of as finger food for him to enjoy!
Hurray !! Finally Jamie is going to advance to the next level after this Sunday's performance to all the parents in her ballet class. I am very glad to be invited for the performance and hope her papa will be available to see his lil girl dancing too.
Jamie was telling me that she will be going to the Jurong Birdpark with school . I was a little doubtful, so, I searched her uniform for the notice. Yes there's one in her pocket and indeed she's right!! Next Friday, 27 April, from 830am to 230pm. Hurray !!!This will be her 1st visit though. .
At 16.5months old now, Jeremy's attention span has stretch a little more. Now, whenever I take out the books and ask him to sit down, he will listen and follow.
Found this contest organised byKKHfrom a local forum and decided to give it a try for Jeremy afterall he was breastfed for 56weeks. Still a long way to go before the closing date.........
I have never participate in any contest for and on behalf of Jamie which I should have since it doesn't cost me much. With a little help from me, she finally completed it!
I'm totally surprised when I saw the flag raising ceremony during the combined session before Jamie's Term 1 (8th March) break.Those kids on the left are Nursery kids. See Jamie at the back (pony tail) ?
Dunno why I was still feeling so bored & restless though we had a swim in the morning at the country club, went to Civil Service Club for a walk in the afternoon and while the kids were having their afternoon nap, CQ and I managed to steal some private time window shopping at Jurong Point.** Pixs taken at night before bedtime
I might withdraw Jamie out from Zoo Phonics and enrol her into a Montessori Phonics enrichment class at the nearby country club behind our house so that we need not have to rush to class every Friday night via cab. Another plus point is that while waiting for Jamie, Jeremy and I can have a quick dip in the pool or I can workout at the gym. Isn't it great ?
I'm in the mist of clearing Jeremy's baby toys including his miniature toy cars. And these are the new Hot Wheels & Matchbox cars that I've bought at very good price for the children. They are just as excited as me!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~After lesson, I asked her, "Jamie, why are there empty chairs? She replied "Ms Fu said we are going to perform for somebody(?? not parents? ) ." Then I asked again, " When will it be?"(here's the fun part).."2 years later." (me laughing like crazy liao !wahahaa!!!!)
Here, I find my own sanity's world to recap all the children's developmental's progress as well as thoughts to share. Jamie, our first born, has turned 17, 9 years after I started this blog. Followed by Jeremy, turning 15 coming December. Joshua, the youngest in the family, just turned 11yo. Time flies ! I have just managed to retrieve access to this maiden blog after 9 long years of inactivity LOL
