Mosaic Photo Frame Birthday Party

This year, I've decided to arrange a mosaic craftwork birthday bash for Jamie and her friends at our place. The end product is fantastically great!!

"Star" Award

Jamie received a star collar pin today for being #1 in class last semester!! This came really as a surprised to me as for what I know from her form teacher that she was rather careless and lost some marks due to this reason. Anyway, I'm just glad to know that she has been awarded for her effort she had put in.

Birthday Parties

This year marks the start of 2 birthday parties one week after another... well Joshua was born exactly 1 week after Jamie. That's right, 29th July being Jamie's birthday and 5th August, Joshua's. Yup, so you can imagine how busy I am during this period + juggling every day activities on top of preparation for their parties.

Blessed 13th Anniversary

Wow!! I cannot imagine I'm married for that long man!! Anyway, it has always been our practise to take a day off to spend time alone wif each other. Be it a movie or a meal out without the kids, I've been treasuring this special moments w CQ through the years. May the Lord continues to build and binds this relationship tight just like a little girl whose hair is plaited wif 3 bunches of hair, holds the hair strong and tight vs plaited wif 2 bunches of hair (relationship of husband and wife without God).

I Can Walk!!

Joshua has started crusing around the house, holding onto things like sofa or table. And these days, he can start to walk unaided of about 1-2 steps and just today, I've witnessed him walking towards me within an arm's length!! Although he started crawling at a much later age of almost 10mths old, he was soon able to stand up on his own and then shortly after, he is now into walking few steps unaided!

Violin Practise

This is backlog (14th Apirl)... Jamie has started once weekly violin practise at her school and though her progress is slow but is progressively learning how to play simple nursery rhymes.

4 Days Readers Theatre Program

Jamie was very happy during the last 4 days program. All kids performed by reading aloud their own character's script. They read from Rumpelstiltskin and guess what role did Jamie played? The King of course!!

Duck Tour

Thanks to Aunty Levine for the 50% discount voucher that we were able to take the an hour Duck Tour today!! Else we will be paying $33 just for an adult!! Ouch!!

June Holiday Story Island Holiday Programmes

The kids had alot of fun enjoying themselves during the 2-3 days camp. And they did the once popular Korean gals "Nobody" dance too!!

Grammar Practise

I've started Jeremy on grammar and this will be a good start for him. Just hope that after all the drilling, he should be able to speak proper English.

Jamie's First Taste of Abalone

CQ took Jamie out wif her grandparents to the Kiang's clan for the night's dinner and here, CQ, using "watsapps" from his iphone, sent me pix of Jamie enjoying her 1st abalone at the dining table!! Wow!

Little Artists

It's been quite a while that the children have not been painting and they finally got their chance to express their creativity through paint.

Back to CMA!!

After exactly a year's break from CMA, Jamie is finally back today!! With mixed feeling though, I am glad that I've made the right choice to put her back in class after she has ceased private coaching from a friend who has been helping me to teach her at my place since Joshua's birth last August.

Visit To The Library

Today we went out wif Wendy and her gals to the library. See how happy the kids (especially Jamie) were??

Jeremy's School Assessment

Jeremy has improved much this term and I am pleased with his performance in school so far. And this term, he has finally mastered his own chinee name as well! Good job, keep it up!!
