Jamie's First Bento for Recess

Didn't want Jamie to eat in school everyday hence I've started looking into getting nice bento boxes, moulds, silicon/plastic cups, mini forks & spoons and cutters etc so that I can whip up an interesting yet delicious afternoon snacks meals for her. And I told her that she will bring my bento to school on every Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays while she will have pocket money to buy food herself on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Today I did a quickie cheese egg omelette wif marcoroni and finish up wif an onion cheese sausage. Guess what? The lunchbox was empty when she came home!! Yummy!

Time Management

Ever since Jamie starts P1 in the afternoon, as expected, indeed I do have more time for Jeremy which I will have more time alone wif him. Today, we were playing this "rush hour" IQ game. Cannot imagine, he is beginning to pick up more of such games from Jamie and can play on his own liao.

Happy New Year 2010

Guess who did CQ and I counted down to welcome the new year?? It's Joshua!! Whahahaa.... I was feeding him while counting down lol! My new year resolution? I would like to press on to complete IDT at our church and to apply Proverbs 22:6 for our children. "Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it."

Snow City Excursion

This was one of my planned excursion for the children for this last week of school holiday. They were extraordinary excited and thrilled indeed!! In fact, I think Jamie loved this the best cos she got to play 3 more times sliding down the snow slope wif her papa after we all did once! I was in awe as she was extremely brave indeed! (I was too cold to try another round hence was waiting wif Jeremy at the foot of the slope while Jeremy was busy playing wif his color coloring hotwheels car)

Jamie's Abacus Progress

This is the current no. of books that the teacher is coaching Jamie. Seems overwhelming huh? Freak not, she is doing fine. Today she has started multiplication and she also started addition of 10 single numbers. Can you add 1 to 10 correctly within seconds ?? One thing for sure, I can't.

Zoo Excursion

Today is one of the BEST weather we ever had for our Zoo outing! Everything went on smoothly and Jamie Jeremy had enjoyed themselves alot especially at the newly renovated Kidz World. It's our 1st re-visit after it was refurbished lately.

Jeremy's Nursery Progress Report

Should blog this much earlier. He was obviously weaker in his fine & gross motor skills but has since improved now.

Training Mug

Didn't want to let him drink from mug so soon but I thought its good to try new things and Joshua is ever so ready whenever I introduce new stuff to him!!

Reading Session

Jamie loves to read. And she loves to to read to her 2 little brothers. Today, I found her reading some books to Joshua although he is not as attentive as Jeremy, but her effort is commendable.

Writing Skills

This was his attempt in writing numbers months back in school. Now he can control the pencil better hence I'm not as worry as before.
One thing I am impressed is Jeremy's coloring skill!! Think most 4yo boys will have some degree of difficulty wif coloring.
